- ½ teaspoon powdered cayenne pepper (1.2 g)
- 1 cup of organic apple cider vinegar (250 ml)
Mix cayenne pepper and apple cider vinegar.
Moisten a cloth with this mixture and hang up on your knees. Let this natural remedy work for 20 minutes and then rinse.
