Recipes with Moringa
Moringa can be mixed into many recipes. Here are 3 delicious ways to create some nice Moringa receipts. Don´t worry they are all super simple, we promise 😉
Moringa soy dip
For 2 people
- 500 g natural soy yoghurt
- 1-2 TL Moringa Powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and white pepper
- 1 knife tip Cayenne pepper
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 Bunch of chives
First, drain the natural soy yogurt over a container in a handkerchief / handkerchief. Mix with the lemon juice and Moringa powder (to taste). Salt and various peppers. Peel the garlic and press. Wash the chives and dry them, chop them very small and lift them under the natural soy yogurt. If you want, you can also cut fresh radishes instead of garlic. Fits perfectly to boiled potatoes.
- 1 teaspoon Moringa leaf powder
- 150 g of pineapple
- 1 banana
- ¼ – ½ liter orange juice freshly squeezed
- Some maple syrup, banana powder or coconut blossom sugar – if desired – for some extra sweetening
Cut the pineapple and the banana into small pieces and put into a blender together with the Moringa powder and the orange juice. Mix thoroughly for about 30 seconds and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Smoothie tastes best when it is cold. The refreshing vitamin bomb is ready!
Avocado spread with moringa
For 2 people
- 2 very ripe avocados
- Some drops of lemon juice
- 1 TL Moring Powder
- A pinch of salt and some pepper
Remove the avocados from the core and the peel. Subsequently, crush the avocado with a fork and mix all the ingredients together. Season with salt and pepper and then refine with fresh herbs. Tastes great on freshly baked spelled rolls or raw food crackers!
